How The Platform Operates
Every deal begins with off-market sourcing through trusted networks across Dubai and the wider UAE. Opportunities are assessed against strict acquisition criteria before any member communication takes place. A full financial model and deal memo are prepared and shared before capital is called.Introductions occur only where capital intent is defined, horizons align, and suitability has been assessed on both sides.
Members review every deal independently. Capital is never called without member approval. Renovation funds are held in independent escrow and released in verified stages. Exit strategy is determined by formal member ballot — not by the principals unilaterally.
Lummora earns carried interest only after members have received their capital and preferred return in full. The economics are designed to ensure that every incentive points in the same direction.
